Abstract Submission
Overview
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Advisory Committee on a rolling basis until the abstract submission deadline. Corresponding authors can expect to receive notification regarding the status of their abstract within 6 weeks of submission.
Authors whose abstracts have been accepted, and are planning to attend the conference, must still register for the conference. Authors may submit abstracts and not attend the conference.
The ISS is accepting abstracts for both gallery poster and oral (podium) presentations. All accepted abstracts are automatically evaluated for awards, including Best Poster and Best Podium Presentation.
Abstract Submission
Abstracts must be submitted via this website and will be reviewed by the Scientific Advisory Committee. Abstracts submitted by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
Corresponding Author
The corresponding author will receive email notifications of acceptance or rejection. It is the responsibility of the corresponding author to notify the co-authors of acceptance or rejection.
Encore Abstracts
Abstracts previously presented at other meetings will be considered Encore Abstracts and allowed for submission.
Plagiarism Checks
Abstract authors confirm that their abstract is the original work of the authors. By submitting their work, all authors agree to any necessary plagiarism checks of the abstract prior to publication.
